Howdy all. KX-TD1232 system here.
We have the system in Day mode, where all incoming calls (8 lines) are to be picked up directly by the operator at extension 101. If the operator is on the phone, her unit used to make a short ring to let her know when another call was coming in. Now the new call just flashes green on one of the CO lights, but doesnt make any additional sound. Is there an easy way to turn that back on? Jason Zimberoff Prime Systems, Inc.
