I have an interesting problem. I noticed that only the phone on extension 101 shows missed calls. Other phones are riniging (1:N) they just don't show any missed calls.
Before all the phones were in one room, and DDI was installed, so when called directly they of course showed the missed calls, but now I don't know how to do this, as on this location I dont have DDI. The version of KXTD816 I have doesn't have phantom extension or is able to ring a Group (i made some groups and can't enter them as extension to ring in 1:N) Is there something else I can do to make all the phones which are ringing show the missed calls? And I have another question, how to make the phones log picked up calls too, is it possilbe?
