John, What you need is to assign the appropriate digits/letters to each box. This is done either by PC, in the mailbox settings, or in the "System Administrator" mailbox that Larry mentioned.
Log into box 999, then go to 6, then 1, and you will need to enter each mailbox one by one, and one of the first options for each box is to set the letters for the "owner's name". It helps to write them down clearly in a list before you call in to do this so you don't have to think about it while you are connected to the vm. Example box 101 = Alexander = Alex = 2539 box 102 = Smith = Smit = 7648 box 103 = Kim = 546 etc. If you do not have access to the system administrator box you may have to contact whoever set up your system for you.
