John, This is all done via the TVS50, not the KSU (where you'll find the "[604] Extension Name Settings.") You would need to log into the "System Managers" mailbox (998), and select/access the "User Prompts 1." There are two; User Prompt 1, for the user configurable prompts and User Prompt 2 for the Spanish or Alternate Language prompts. Select user prompt #1 and then enter the number of the specific prompt that you would like to change. You'll need the programming/installation manual which lists the prompts by number and associated content. Note: You can set the system to use "System," "User 1," or "User 2" prompts, so if you're modifying User Prompt 1 and the system is set to use the System or User 2 prompts, you won't see (or hear) the change.
