I had trouble with the TA1232 software too, not the same thing though.
When uploading data, it would drop the first digit of any flex co buttons, 
including things like VTR-.  It also caused the Auto-Answer buttons to flash 
when they are on.

I sent my files to Panasonic for analysis but after six months, they said 
they had found the problem, but they never had a solution.  They told me to 
try a new program from their website but it was the same program I had, and 
the problems still existed. The customer learned to deal with the blinking 
auto answer light.  I really didn't feel like reprogramming the whole thing 
manually.

I'm curious if anyone else had weird problems too.
