Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, on the system I am using
(Australian version, KX-T816AL), program 121 is External Pulse Dial, not
Walking COS password. I had a quick look around the programs before and
after it and I couldn't find anything related to COS.

 

Also, when I dial 47 on a telephone, I get a "not valid" message. Can
someone please confirm if this facility is available on the AL versions?
