We have trried this at one of our customer place.. he has a Double TD installed (24x96) We have defined Jack 01 & Jack 02 as Operator in Prog. Code 006 connected KX-T7433 on each Jack, Enabled "Call Forward when Busy" to each Jack's XDP Extension. Our problem was like this - people complained that the operator ext. was always busy.. now we have 4 extensions available for the Operator call from any intercom. May be this will help you to fine tune your programming...
