If using ring group (191, etc.) or phantom is not close enough, double back 
unused Oper2 tip n ring (with xdp disabled and parallel ringing on) to the 
unused CO port.  Dialing phantom or ring group number (put it on a button) 
seems easier.  Would group paging work better?
