*43 PLUS THE PAGING GROUP NUMBER SHOULD DO THE TRICK. IF YOU ARE PAGING TO
GROUP 10 (*3310), THEN *4310 SHOULD DO IT.

Ladies and Gents
I am setting up a tda50 and tvs125. All calls come in via ext 500 to vm.
Custom greeting 1 answers calls in day mode. Callers have options for
transferring calls to departments. The choices are hardware dept. dial 2
(group 603), lumber dept. dial 3 (group 604) . They can also dial any
extension that they want. Voice mail then dials the ext weather it is a
group or an individual ext. The call rings at the ext when dialed. When
the call goes unanswered from that point they have the option to page
the person ( voce mail options). When vm uses the pa system it puts the
caller on hold and then dials *3310 for the external page port. I hear
the vm page with the mail box owners name and saying you have a call.
The caller hears music on hold just like they are on hold. The buttons
that are programmed for lines one through eight do not blink for an on
hold condition, they are steady red light. How does the customer pick up
the call. I have tried several call pick up codes. I am stuck. I used
codes *40 through *43 to pick up the calls. Nothing seems to work. I
need to know how to fix the problem. I set this up on a kxtd816 and a tvs50
and the line that is in use blinks just like it is on hold and I hear the vm
announce the call. I can press the blinking button on any phone to pick it
up.
