Hello, Rick,

You can do it easy using covering extension, as Joe koberq wrote.

On the TVS50 You need to do the following:
- Create new Mailbox and set Phantom Extension as Extension of the
Owner of this Mailbox. From the phone you can do this in the System
Manager's Service:
  - Dial the Extension number connected to the Voice Mail Service, or
dial any VPS Extension number and Press [#][6][*][999]. If You have the
password, enter it now. Then Press [6][1][1]. Type the new mailbox
number and accept it, pressing by [2]. After this set the Owner's
extension of this mailbox (it must be a phantom extension), pressing
[2][1]. Enter the Owner's extension Number and accept it, pressing by [2].

After You complete creating new mailbox, you need reprogramm it.
  - Dial the extension number connected to Voice Mail Service, or dial
any VPS extension and press [#][6][*]. Enter the the mailbox number you
just create. Then enter [4][1]. Disable all Transfer Services,
pressing by [5]. After that press [2][1] and enter the covering
extension number (that number, where all unanswered call will be
forwarding). Accept it, pressing by [2]. Then press[4] and enable
Covering Extension Status, pressing by [2]. Disable all other
Incomplete Call Handlings Statuses.

That's all. Now all unanswered calls to phantom extension will be
transferred to other extension, whicn You set as Covering Extension in
new mailbox.

As addition, the first part of programming (creating mailbox) you can
do much easy, using our KX-TVS50 software - TVSAssistant. All you need
to do is:
  - Start TVSAssistant and connect it to Your VPS.
  - In the TVS parameters menu choose Mailbox Listing. Add new mailbox,
clicking on the button "Insert New Row" in the upper left corner of
Mailbox Listing window. Set all parameters you need in this mailbox and
press "Apply" button.
