TVS100 answers phone. Users presses 2 for sales. this transfers to Ext 192 - Ext/UCD group 2. I have setup Mailbox 192 with a covering extension of 290 (a phantom button). I turned off all call handling features other than covering extension transfer in mbx 192. So the transferred call comes back to the TVS100 after the no answer delay. Then it gets transferred to the covering extension - 290. I think that's what you want to do. Now my goal would be for Mailbox 290 to take voicemail if it doesn't answer, but the auto-attendant just keeps saying "wait a moment" and trying the extension again. I have to investigate this more. if anyone knows how to get the UCD's setup with TVS100 i would like some help too... the UCD never takes effect because the TVS retrieves the call if no one answers - instead of the caller landing in the timetable.
