Dear members, I got a Kx-td1232 -5 with 12 CO's
I got a brand new Caller ID card that I setup on the external CO expansion module (CO 09 - 12) I purchased only one card to find out if this setup will work. (in the manuals says so) but I wasn;t able to mak this happen. Happens that I need to "print" the caller ID of every single call that gets into the PBX As per the General Features Manual Page 58 CALL LOG, INCOMING talks about the way that would print the caller Id Adn ond Page 218 Station Message Detal Recording (SMDR) says that I should spect an <I> ######### with the identified number that is arriving from the COffice The problem is that I'm receiving only the <I> line with no Caller ID. I connected a "normal" phone with the Caller ID feature & display and whenever anyone calls to this number will show the Caller ID. Question and concerns, 1) the Caller ID module should go on ANY slot? or I have to place it on an special order? 2) What bit's should I activate to receive the <I> ### #### on the SMDR print out? 3) Will this work (the caller id) even if I have a voice mail installed? will the incomming number be printed??
