The programator software for the 624 is different from that of a 1232. The 624 software is basically real time changes. Make a copy of your program, reboot and reset the 624 and manually program a line to it. See if the problem still occurs, reset and reload the saved software. Note changes in operation. Try also the 99 programming and be sure that is correct.

I have heard stories of this software making changes to certain (other) areas every time you upload. My suggestion (take it what it's worth) is to always use the manufacture software or program from the phone itself. You may have to initialize the switch and start over, after all, it's not a large switch to reprogram...
