I don't know about that...  The Phantom exts must exist in the ksu but they 
don't have to be physical extensions.
I set  up a -4 with mwl for boxes and phantom exts like 271, 272, 275, it 
works fine.

You do have to make sure the mailboxes are NOT set for "all calls transfer 
to mailbox"- when you set that, the tvs will ignore the physical connection 
and not light the lamps.
