We're looking to replace out a system where the customer is used to making simple programming changes herself. For example, normally, most of the phones are toll restricted, but she may temporarily turn off toll restriction on a particular extension to allow someone to make some calls, then she'll turn toll restriction back on.
Is this something that could be easily done on a KX-TD816 using a display phone? Does it help to have the 6-line display when doing programming or is the 3-line (or 1-line) sufficient?
