this often solves the coverage problems. This is pointed out just to illustrate the "cone of silence" effect.
In the case of your problem, I think the first thing I would do is move the "cell station" 10 feet or so in some direction, second - add "cell station" #2

I have run into a very interesting problem. I just installed a TDA50 with a single KXT0141 and a single phone. Did a site survey and everything was fine.
The system is dropping calls. This customer is directly below (at the base of) a HUGE four legged cell tower with a 20 foot permanent trailer with a natural gas run power backup system attached.
Do you think that the cell transmission signal output from this tower is interfering with the internal cell signal and causing the drops?
