You need to be sure that 603 and 604 have no-ring to that jack, 603 is day and 604 is night, just in case the system is in the wrong day/night setting.
But that may not really be the way you want to do this. 603 and 604 are if you want a line to ring at multiple phones. If you want a line to only ring one and only one phone you can use DIL 1:1. Go to prog 407 and 408 (day/night) and set that co to the ext. number. With this feature you can also set forwarding on the extension to make the line go directly to that ext's mailbox. If you use 603/604, then if unanswered, the call will be picked up by intercept routing and go to the main menu. (this is assuming you are using voicemail, if not, then it won't make a big difference.) DIL 1:1 (Direct in line 1:1, alias 407/408) will override DIL 1:N (603/604), so once you get 603/604 back to the way you want, all you should have to do is set 407/408 for that co to go to that ext and you'll be done.
