I too have used QB Pro from the beginning 10 years ago. There are also good programs that are designed for the interconnect industry. Mike Sandman had some good reviews in his column in "The Mart". I used to think "why would I need them" but they can help with special features that Quickbooks is too generic to cover. As my business grows they start to look more appealing- including things like scheduling service calls, maintenance agreements, some of these programs will then sync with Quickbooks. They would cost a lot more so the features have to mean something to your bottom line.
That Captra software sounds interesting.
