Count me in favor of Quickbooks Pro too. I found it a real pain to set up, and not the most intuitive user interface. BUT.. once you've done it and take the time to learn how to use it, you'll love it. Your bookkeeper/accountant will also love it at tax time because the reports it creates make life easy for them. QB Pro is easily the most popular small business accounting tool and as such, there are a LOT of add-ons and companion programs that you can get from Intuit as well as other developers. And no I don't work for Intuit, I am just a satisfied user.

Good luck.

Morning all,

Just curious what the small interconnects on the list (like me) are using for
an invoicing program.

Time to replace the 15 year old NEBS one I am currently using. I would like it to
"autocapture" and add to the data base new addresses, materials, etc. and be
able to export data to other MS programs.

Pretty basic I know, just looking for some help through the maze of available
products.

Thanks in advance,
Jim
