Help needed for a solution to call forward several extensions to one. Setup is KXTA624 (6x16) with Kxtvs50 as an auto attendant. Problem is all extension is call forward to Voice Mail box when not answered. This is a high turn over office when extensions are vacant, calls from auto attendant need to be covered by someone. I had program multiple messages waiting buttons at the covering extension but that does not help with answering incoming calls. With a digit system I would of use phantom buttons with ring groups. Is their any solution other changing to a KXTA1232? Also I am getting a load buzz on the external page horn I had check power supply, cable run and connection all appears good. It is a Wheelock sa-h15-b horn with Speco psr-2/24 power supply.
