I have been in this crazy business for over 40 years ( started a Ohio Bell on March 9, 1964)
I have gone to school on more pbx's and key systems then I care to brag about,
701 / 711 step - by - step, thru a number of cross bar switches ( 756 / 757 and 770) AND
Demention electronic PBX, (400, 2000) as well as a 4 wire switch used by Stock Brokers and the US government ( SS-4)
Shortly after I retired ( in 1990) I went to Vodavi to be trained on the SPX ( I have seen two of them since)

I don't think there is a lot about the business that Panasonic could tech me,
other then programing idiocyncracies, that I haven't seen before.

I have a small installed base of Vodavi and Panasonic key systems ( 24/56, STS - KX-TD 1232's)
and get support from Vodavi and the "gray market" dealers and a few friends, that KNOW I know what I'm doing -
even if I don't know all the programing .

At this point - being "semi" retired - I could not justify going to a class. I can buy almost anything a customer might want or need and what I can't service I will sub-contract..
