Hmm.... How do you handle 01 + calls.  We had a hole in a SL-1 system that
allowed people to dial overseas.

In the two B&B's I did, I just toll restricted direct dial calls.....left
dial "O" in place and there hasn't been any problems. If they're REAL
worried, connect a serial printer or an old PC and do SMDR.
