You need to program a button for "Voicemail Transfer", otherwise known as VTR-165.
Now for all sorts of questions: 165 should work for voicemail. Has the system been working already or is it a new installation? Is the TVS digitally integrated properly? (i.e. was it installed with "quick setup"?) Also, is this in a home or business?
