One day a client had the same problem, that their old Nutone Intercom went
south. I did the research, and 3 years later and more than 45 DoorKing
1810's later, I have found that on a 9 unit building, or a 125 unit complex,
that these are the best way to go.

Get the cheapest, measured rate service you can, let the customer decide how
to save the $27 per month elsewhere in their budget, or they can raise the
rent $1.69 per month for each.
