I'm doing this from memory, but somewhere you set up custom service menus (my favorite is 30 for day and 60 for night using prompt 1. Then you go into change custom prompts (6 5 ?) and record 248,249,250 and something like 713. One of the options is turn off the prompt and that's what you do.
