The 120 channels on the 4 PRI cards are configured only for outgoing calls. Symptom : During the heavy traffic (more than 60 %) the DPTs stop functioning and after 1H the system is blocked. If only 3 PRI cards are installed the system is functioning normaly. When the 4th PRI card is installed, DPT extensions displays flash for a couple of seconds and after that (this happens on DPT extensions): 1. If someone tries to off-hook the phone or press Speaker-phone button, the dial-tone arrives with a delay of minimum 4 seconds (the Speaker-phone led lights up with the same delay); 2. When someone tries to dial a number from a DPT extension the same problem occurs on the display - the dialed number appears after 30-40 seconds from the moment it is dialed; 3. All the digital extensions stop functioning (no dial-tone, no display). 4. The traffic on the CO lines (channels on the PRI card) is reduced from the initial 60% to 10-20%. 5. After app. 20 minutes, the PBX blocks and enters a overflow loop. A restart of the system is necesary for unblocking. IMPORTANT!!! All of this happens when 4 PRI cards are used on the system, but no error is reported by the system. If only 3 are used (90 ch.) everything is fine.
