Same issue here with us, i'd like that dialing of "1" to be done away with.
Just me thinking outloud.......I often wondered if there was a undocumented 990 program that no-body knows about that will allow the call waiting feature of pressing 1 to get through to the busy station to be turned off allowing all calls to ring in no matter what. 990 has a lot of reserved settings.
