Hi Randy,
   Thanks for your help. Are you saying you break up the PRI 30 channels into
2 trunk groups ? eg. ch 1 to 8 is trk grp 1 and ch 9 to 30 is trk grp 2. Call
to the operator always come in only on ch 1 to 8, but the telecom here don't
work this way. They can select any free ch and call to the operator DDI number.
That is what I understand about the trunk group. Could you example more about
the trunk group if I have miss out some thing. Thanks.
