Dear Experts, I have a problem with transfering telephone calls to voice mail. We have Panasonic KX-T1232 telephone station in the office as well as Panasonic Voice Processing System TVP200. The both have aleady been programmed and are working perfectly. But the one problem we faced is that VTR function is not working. User manual says that I should have TVP200 fully integrated with PBX, and that is how it works now. It automatically became integrated when they both began working together. But now when I want to program a flexible button on the telephone as VTR- button it does not give a chance to do it. I do the following: 1. Press [Program]+[9]+[9] 2. I choose a button that I want to be programmed as VTR- 3. Press [8] and her 3 short beeps
Then nothing happens. But If I press [8] again I will see 'Phantom :' on the screen. I tried all buttons from [1] to [0] and I did not have 'VTR- ' on my screen. Do you have any idea why it can be so? Can the problem be with the firmware?
