Hi all you experts on Panasonic TD1232.

We have an issue on which we need some rapid solution.
Our client has installed a TD1232 with third party DISA. The call process
is as follows: An external caller calls the client, the DISA of the TD1232 picks up
the call.
Based on the Extension No. dialled by the caller, the call lands at that Extension.
This
Extension has a call forward to CO feature enabled. Based on this the Extn. accesses
the
specified CO Line and establishes a CO to Co call. All this is fine andhappening well.

NOW the problem: After the call is completed, the caller disconnects the call. However,
the TD1232 is not releasing both the CO ports. The TD1232 is holding the CO ports till
the CO to CO call duration programmed in Programme 206 (timer) expires. The client
is very upset as another caller is unable to access/use the lines for the blocked
duration
of the CO's. We have enabled the CPC feature also on incoming/outgoing CO calls. There
is no change or improvement.

Is there any other programme or feature that requires to be enabled for the CO's to
get
disconnected, the moment the caller disconnects the call??? We need your immediate
assistance on this. HELP!!!

Thanks & Regards,
Neil
