Hi all - I am missing a parameter that is driving me crazy !
When a 1232 hands off automatically to a TVS-200, and the caller enters someone's extension - what controls the number of times the individual's phone will ring before the caller gets the individual voicemailbox. Right now it is going in 3 rings and that is not enough for this office. The timing parameter must be in the TVS-200 because all the possible timing parameters I can change in the 1232 make no difference ! As always, any help would be appreciated.
