All the phones are 7230's with a FWD/DND button that blinks when the phone is
set to forward.  Is this the forwarding that you refer to?  As far as I know,
the phone isn't set to forward calls and the lamp isn't blinking.

Since posting last, I've noticed that the broken Intercom dialtone isn't present
on all the phones in the office.
