Ladies and Gentlemen, As usual your help is greatly appreciated. I was called today by a customer who had a 624 installed by another company who I guess drop the ball. Anyway there problem is when they are on a line, (it's a home) if they recieve call waiting it disconnects the call. The original party they were talking two gets disconnected like a hang up. they hear dial tone. I've just had a conversation with the woman on the phone, and she says Verizon says the lines are fine.
