Hi; New to the group. Our company uses Active Voice voice mails. How can I or will the TD500v2 allow the AA to answer and still pass the info when an extension is answered and the called extension is a proprietary Pana phone. We do NEC Elites that have Active Voice VM's on silgle line ports also and it can pass caller ID info to the station after the AA answers. Just got certified and instructor said no, but just checking for a "creative" solution that someone may have found.
