It is a kxtd1232 -4 and the residents are inadvertently dialing 700 (etc...) numbers (we have those in our cell phone range) and I believe they are enabling call forwarding options. I would like to restrict them to just dialing other extensions (101-121) and 9 to access outside line when permitted and nothing else.
