Hello

I have a Dash 4 system with a Esna Technologies Unified Messaging
platform that works perfect. I work on that field since 1997. Most of
the problems with the NT based platforms and Panasonic appears from
flash timer and DTMF input time. The NT system can be developed over
Dialogic or brooktrout (or lucent) boards. Both manufacturers provides a
software to analize Panasonic (or any pbx) signaling. Data generated on
the software must match panasonic programming.

To integrate to the VM system,, the hunt group can be Automated
attendant or voice mail it depends on the signaling your NT voice mail
systems requires. Most of the time AA is better. The problem you
describe is clearly signaling, so check the VM has the right parameters
to work with the panasonic.

I hope it clarifies something

Jorge

Okay ladies and Gentlemen, here's a good one. I recently deinstalled an
8 port TVS200. The customer had opted for a Windows NT based mail using
inband signaling. This is a unified messaging platform. I removed all
the program codes related to DPITS integration. But now the system is
acting funny. The voice mail hunt group I set up, doesn't seem to hunt
or to send out digits for messaging waiting, or any type of inband
signaling etc. etc. I reset the system, but it seems to have the same
problems....Any ideas?

PS Does any one know if Panasonic is coming out with a unified messaging
product

Bill
