I think the trouble here is that you deleted the digits in voice mail
integration. *H for login and H to leave a message are a start. Then
set your voicemail to receive * plus the extension number to scriber
login and extension number for Leave a message.

The login code only is sent when you call voicemail using the message
button (you can only use the message key when its on).

Login, No Answer and Busy cods are also used when the Extension Group is
set to voicemail.

Reset the integration information, set the extension used to a ext group
and select VM for that group.

Your nt platform is probably an active voice or key voice. In any case
the manufacturer should have given you a key sheet or cut sheet of
things you need to do to integrate their product with the td product. I
have a dos based key voice 4 port connected to a kxtd816 and it works
flawlessly. I don't get live call screening or the record feature. The
record feature would be handy but live call screening in a business
application I have never used. In band signaling is always used in
single line integration. Digital integration uses out band integration
or the data channel. Just like isdn uses 2b and 1d channel (2b+1d).
