I have a few questions I was hoping someone here could shed some light on.
Here is what we've got first as background info.

Equipment: Panasonic Digital Super Hybrid System D1232 (No DISA cards)
            Panasonic TVS200 Voice Processing System
CO Lines: 4

1. Is there any way to make the PBX transfer a call to the VPS if 3 of the 4
CO Lines are in use? I mean any 3 of the 4, not necessarily the first 3
consecutive lines. For example, if lines 1, 3, and 4 were busy, transfer
incoming calls on line 2 to the VPS or if lines 1, 2, and 4, then transfer
   line 3.

2. The second problem I'm facing is after a customer calls in and gets the VPS.
After hearing the custom menu, I want the user to have the option to press
a number to remain on hold indefinitely. I can get it to transfer to an
extension but after a short period of time (3 minutes is about the max
I have been able to get), it says the user isn't available and goes to
their voicemail. We want the call to simply be placed on hold (then the
CO light flashes red so we know that it is on hold).

I have heard from some individuals that a DISA card would allow us to do this
but I have had other people tell me that the TVS200 has the same
functionality as the DISA card.

I realize these aren't typical requests but that is how my boss wants things
done. I have consulted many faqs, the Panasonic manuals, this list archive,
and many other resources and have been unable to find the info I need. I
hope some of you can give me some info.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Rob
