I think just stripping attachments would be sufficient.  Probably some
email client that breaks, though.

Also, any way to get rid of the return reciept stuff?  That's a big
annoyance but no in the same league a virus attachments...

By the way, thanks for running this list!  I, for one, really appreciate
your efforts.
