I have found the Interactve CD to bee quite informative. It is nice way to inform educate new and existing customers the features found on system. Sending it to the existing customer often lead to new sale or system upgrade for new featrure. Many customer say hey I didn't know it could do all that. Or I didn't know Caller ID could be used! What other sales aid that you know of can easily be sent (US mail, bulk) and provide detailed info?
