Customer complains that when he goes to review new caller id's logged on the display phone, he gets the oldest one first (FIFO). Can that be easily changed to display the most recent first? (816 and TVS50)
I didn't see it myself, so I'm going on hearsay and I don't have cid to test here. Also, he does not want to have to listen to the caller id in front of each message when reviewing voicemail messages.
