We have some folks saying they leave messages but we never get them. Turns out, they end their recording session by pressing the asterisk instead of just hanging up. That would be OK if the system warned them that they had cancelled their message and could hang up or rerecord. Is this 'feature' handled by a setting? I'm still browsing the fine Panasonic manuals but thought someone here might know.
