Who is a the voice mail guru out there that can help me with this one? I'm stumped! Configuration Dual KX-TD1232-3 Cabinets Single KX-TVS200 voice Mail Some of our voice mail subscribers are experiencing the following problem. Message light is on Press MSG Light retrieve all messages press 3 "There are no more messages" Voice prompt Hang up phone then.... Message light comes back on (3 -5 seconds) press msg light again - Prompt says "Your have xxx new msgs" These "NEW" messages can be a few hours to a few days old! Retrieve these messages & 3 and NOW all messages are gone. The bad part is the one user's message light does not always come back on again either. COS is set for new MSG light for every msg. Has anyone experienced this before? If so, how did you fix the problem? I could not receive any help from Panasonic tech on this one. ================================== Bye for now!
