Make your control stick as long as you can, without pinching your thumb under the instrument panel, when keying the mike button, if it is on top of the stick as mine is.  My flight instructor flew my original length KR, and said it flew like a mini fighter,  Very responsive. He did not consider it too pitch sensitive..

The primary key to flying the KR with it's "light" stick is to make sure you are resting your arm on something, center console, leg / knee, etc., and flying with your wrist and not with your "unsupported" arm.  I found (with 800 KR hours) that the amount of stick movement and pressure is near identical to your automobile steering wheel traveling on the highway at 70 mph.  If you are able to avoid the ditches you are capable of flying a KR.  The next time your are driving your auto at speed, note how little movement of the wheel it takes to steer the auto.  Restrict your arm movement and fly with your wrist and enjoy the pleasure of flying a KR.
