Jeff Scott answered my questions and I think I've confirmed that my unit
has a bad switch. I'll contact the company on Monday. For those that
have the slightest desire to know what the answer to the first question
is, it depends on which model I have. The thin model works one way and
the thick model works the opposite way. Jeff would know. He also
answered (confirmed) my understanding on how to hook up and test the timing.
