Good evening, Mike,

If Steve would like to sell the KR2 business, why can't all the people in the
group come together as a co-operative and buy the business and create a
non-profit organisation. One helps the other. If someone finds a canopy that is
value for money for example, we can put the information out and buy in bulk for
everyone that needs it.

There will be a committee that is elected every 4 years, like that we can keep
things fresh and new ideas come in.

This will be an international venture so in a way we can have a new design of
the KR that matches all the modifications that authorities ask for ( CAA, FAA
etc......) We can finish with an aircraft that is standard and accepted in
every or most countries in the world.

As Colin once said to me, the KR design is the for father to many aircraft
designs now a days.

So, if we put our heads together, we can have a modern aircraft with all the
old knowledge learnt.

I believe together we can do this and when we spread the cost it will only be a
few pounds / dollars per member.

Looking forward to hearing other ideas.

Ian

Subject: Re: KRnet> KR2 plans on eBay

I did get an email response from Steve G. I really appreciate that he did that.
He said that there is no way to order from website any longer. So, there's my
answer. I will wait for Freebird plans.

Thanks to Steve G. for clarifying.

In the perception of someone who has taken an interest in the situation (not
me), Steve G. is over-committed with several aviation-related businesses and
has the KR-related business up for sale. If anyone is interested in taking it
on I'm sure Steve would be pleased to lighten his load. Just guessing. I
haven't spoken with him in a long while.
