They say "plans and instructions", but nothing about the full size D and E size drawings (as well as one really wide one that I believe would be called an "F"). Without those, you're not going to finish an airplane. Hang on though, "FreeBird" is coming and it won't cost a thing to download high quality drawings for a much better airplane that you can take to Kinko's for printing, as well as a PDF manual that goes into very specific detail, not just "build aft deck in a similar manner"......
