I don't claim to know anything about O-200 engine mounts, but from my Corvair and VW experience, yaw produced by the propwash is just not enough to worry about, and is easily fixed with a small "fixed" aluminum trim tab on the rudder. The beauty of a trim tab is that it's easily bent to a new angle until you get it perfect, or easily reversed if you put a different engine on it that spins the other direction. Engine mounts aren't so easy to tweak or untweak. I'd be quite happy with a "straight" engine mount. It'll work fine....
