I have had good luck with the KBS product on metal and fiberglass fuel tanks on
ground vehicles.

I am SUPER nervous of doing any of them on untested surfaces!

If the tank is used and not factory fresh - there is no telling what kind of
contaminate and surface conditions you might be trying to adhere to!

I HIGHLY recommend a screen over EVERY pickup tube that would allow the
prevention of blockage caused by debris!

I watched a friend almost die test flying a new (to him) gyrocopter. He went
thru it end to end - did almost an hour of ground running and taxi. When he
climbed out - the engine died when he was at 100ft. Turned out someone
previously replaced the fuel sending unit and used RTV!!!! fuel melted a bead
of it - it got sucked into the tube and clogged it just before the fuel filter!
(aircraft had no gascolator either - which was odd - but did have a low spot
fuel testing area...)

Own your decisions.
