Subscription for IFLY GPS is $79 a year for 2 platforms, $20 more and you can use it on 4 platforms.  My wingtip Uavionics ADS-B out wing tip unit communicates with the xponder via aircraft wiring (magic), and my ADS-B in is a small $200 unit (don't recall the brand) on the shelf behind the seat and communicates via WIFI.  My Insignia tablet has internal GPS and that may be required.  Not sure how it all works together.  It's just magic. Others more knowledgeable but  you will need a moving map software for any setup.  IFLY GPS offers a 30 day free trial with a simple download.  Try it and see.  Make sure that whatever you use is compatible before purchase.

P.S. My ads-b in unit is a Stratux.  Paid $200 assembled.  Here is one with a battery for $70. These are listed for $389 elsewhere.  I have no idea who the seller is.  Caviot Emptor  or something like that.  I had Latin class 60 years ago.
